Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date you receive your order in the post to request a return.
We offer an exchange or store credit for returns but do not offer refunds (unless the items is faulty or damaged).
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, the following must apply:
- Items must be in the same condition that you received it and must show no signs of wear, use or damage.
- The item must be returned by post with all the original packaging (box, tag).
- You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items
The following are non-returnable:
- All earrings due to hygiene reasons (unless the item is faulty or damaged).
- Sale items.
How to return
To request a return, please email us at online@formeandyou.com.au. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
The cost of returning the item/s is at the expense of the purchaser, except for faulty or incorrect items and returns should be sent as a registered package.

Returns will need to be sent to the following address: PO Box 393 Lane Cove NSW 1595.
All returned items are at the buyer’s risk and any damage or loss during transit will not be covered by For Me and You.
Damaged and faulty items
While we try our best to ensure that all pieces posted out are undamaged, sometimes pieces can be faulty or are damaged in transit.
If your item/s are damaged or faulty, we will provide a full refund or exchange.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately via email if the item is damaged, faulty or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
